Pure and Applied /
Digital strategy, user experience design.
Sydney Living Museums (formerly Historic Houses Trust) engaged Pure and Applied in 2012 to develop a digital strategy to guide their digital activity for the five years to 2017, and to create a new, responsive user experience for their rebranded site.
Pure and Applied lead stakeholder engagement, audience research, field observations, analytics, reviewing digital activity in museums, and wider social and digital trends. This material was workshopped with key SLM staff to craft the digital strategy framework. The project delivered staff engagement, accelerated shared understanding and has resulted in greater audience engagement in digital channels.
