Previous roles
Siobhan is a former Chief Sustainability Officer and has led the corporate sustainability function at a major bank and a listed property company. In these roles she has been responsible for sustainability strategy, position statements, and action plans for climate change (net zero target-setting, transition and physical risk assessment), human rights, natural capital, Indigenous strategy and social impact programs.
Her past roles also include co-chair of the UN’s Environment Program Finance Initiative’s Banking Board overseeing the Principles for Responsible Banking, and as a member of the governing body for the UN’s Net Zero Banking Alliance; and Deputy Chair of the Green Building Council of Australia.
Current roles
Siobhan’s current roles include independent chair of Sustainable Winegrowing Australia, non-executive director of Landcom, non-executive director of The Mulloon Institute, member of the Australian Government’s Nature Repair Committee, member of Alphinity Investment Management’s Sustainability Compliance Committee, NSW Councillor with the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Vice Chair of The Social Outfit, and member of the NSW Anti-Slavery Commissioner’s Advisory Panel.
She is also a casual lecturer in sustainability at UTS, and an Adjunct Fellow with the Centre for Social Impact at UNSW’s Business School.
Awards
Siobhan is a Chief Executive Women’s Scholar (Leadership Transition, INSEAD).
She is also recognised as one of the AFR100 Women of Influence, and is a winner of the AFR’s Women in Leadership (Banking) award in 2024.
